A Real Professional!

Can you imagine hanging around airports most of your life! It's bad enough if you are waiting for a plane.

Yes, I saw that too.... can't imagine he still uses the Speedlight, though - he'd need to get his pictures off to his publisher/editor a lot quicker. But you're right..... I did a little bit of local event photography for a small magazine once and just couldn't stand the waiting around, followed by the scrum involved when the event itself occurred. TV crews seem to think that they should get priority in these situations.... and they've usually also got a 'sound-man' to act as the cameraman's 'security' and push everybody else out of the way.

LOL I am at the airport about 3 times a week photographing and don't mind it. He has some great shots there.

He actually featured on the television program about airports a few years ago, and it showed him taking that picture of Joan.
