Hi there,

As I understand it, there is some glitch in the Inbox system which even though the emails are passed on to the relevant people before they are deleted from the DCam inbox, sometimes people are getting an email to say that the email was never read.

The winners won't be placed on the forum, they'll be announced in the magazine - the winners for the still life competition will be in issue 95, February 2010.

Thanks,

Amy

Thanks Sophie but I got Lowepro flipside 400AW already (seventy-two pounds from Amazon.co.uk) and its a real fine backpack, that flips around to let you get your camera, lenses, food pack and light waterproof jacket should it rain. There's even a waterproof cover for the backpack to protect your equipment from dust and rain. You can tie on a monopod or tripod using the straps provided. A really fine product it is too for going up hills, on your Mountain-bike or hiking up a mountain like Hellvelyn in the Lake District (going there the last week of October) - see you there! I love moody photographs of overcast days and the sheen of wetness on granite rocks like the Great Shepherd at Glen Coe or visiting the Three Kings (opposite) said to be haunted by the ghosts of the MacLaren and MacLeod clans...northumbrian1
