So....it's now June 1....and I don't see any sign of the latest (June) issue of PhotoPlus???

Where's it at?

I haven't even seen a heads-up tweet on the next mag.....

Hi Amy.

Yes. I've been a subscriber for the last 12 months. In fact, we're just about to renew for another 12 months.

I haven't even seen an image of the June front cover in any of the places you'd usually expect, such as the Future Publishing and myfavouritemagazines sites. Not even a PhotoRadar tweet with a sneak preview!!! Which was done recently with a prior edition. Seems a tad tardy, given it's now, in fact, June!

Hi Matt,

What can I say other than I only got the issue myself on Friday and with it being a bank holiday I wasn't in the office to put out such a tweet - but I'm glad to see that it was appreciated last time (the only time we've done that I believe), with this feedback, it is certainly something we'll endeavour to do more often. I'll be putting the info about the new issue up on the site very shortly as well.

You should have received your copy by now as you're a subscriber, but if you don't receive it by the end of the week I would give MyFavouriteMagazines a bell at photoplus@myfavouritemagazines.co.uk and they should be able to help.

I've got the same problem Matt still not recived my copy, normaly have it by the weekend shall follow Amy's advice and contact them tommorow not the weekend as we subscribers should have had our copy by then, normaly if theres a bank holiday it's out sooner not later is anything wrong?

I've asked our subs manager to let me know if there has been any known problems with delivery, and I'll let you know if there has been any. Nobody else has complained yet though so fingers crossed it should turn up for you in the next couple of days.

I certainly wasn't 'complaining'. Just pointing out that I hadn't received my June copy nor had I seen anything promoting its existence.

I'll leave it a few days before following your advice and getting in touch with your subs dept. I might not give them a bell, though, given I'm in Australia! LOL

Hi Matt,

If you're in Australia that's different, expected delivery schedule is up to 10 days after subscribers here in the UK receive their copies, but Australian subscribers are advised to wait 14 days, making it around 1 week after the onsale date here in the UK. As the issue has just gone on sale today here, if your issue hasn't turned up by this time next week then it's time to start worrying

I usually receive my mag about a week before the month starts; so I should have received the June issue on or around May 23.

Anyway, not to worry.

Hi Matt,

Are you getting confused with the previous issue? The May issue? The June issue wasn't available for UK subscribers until Friday (28 May) or in shops until today (2 June), so it would be impossible for you to have received yours any earlier than that - did you receive the May issue? It had a woman in a flowery top on the front, and contained a macro lenses test and an outdoor special?
