Camera strap

I am looking for a new strap for my camera, the problem I have is that occasionally I have to help my 6 year old daughter so if the camera is around my kneck facing the front it makes this difficult.

If I sling the camera over my shoulder that solves that problem, but makes it more quickly to take a shot.

I was at devon county show and noticed a pro with a Nikkon that had a strap where the camera was attached where the tripod srewed inwhen she wasn't using the camera it was by her hip with the lens pointing down, when she needed to take a shot she could easily slide the camera in front to take the shot.

Does anyone know of this product or a good sytem that achives this for my 7D, obviously it goes without saying it needs to be secure.

It seems like a fairly new product, currently about £59 in the UK so will hold fire for the minute.
