Cannot view how to videos

When I click on the video download or view buttons all I get is a black screen with the message waiting for..... and nothing happens Any Ideas how to view videos?

Seems to be a bug that a few of us have. Amy had a theory it was people using Kaspesky that suffered this but a test by a couple of us showed that disabling Kaspersky briefly made no difference!
