Question Convert a binary doc to a j.peg

I have scanned an old photo, and edited it PS3,but it has saved it in a binary doc, does anyone know how I can open it in a j.peg format.

Why not re-scan it and make sure you save it as a jpeg?

Don't really know what you mean by "binary doc". What's the file extension?
