Posting photos in a message

Hello - I wanted to post some photos in the forum, but need to know how to select the photo from a location on my HD. I selected the "insert image" icon and it is asking for the URL of the photo??? Do I use the path on my computer to the photo?

You need to upload it somewhere else - either to your Photoradar gallery, or somewhere like Flickr, Imageshack, etc, and then you link to the photo by adding the URL to wherever you've put it into your post.
