Hi Neil,

Your login name would be the same name as is appearing on the forums - so therefore there is a space in your login name. If you could try your password with the space in your name and let me know if there is still a problem.

Firdaus, you appear to have a strange character at the end of your name, perhaps if this is removed the site will recognise your password - would you like to remove this for you?

Thanks,

Amy

Login problem

I forgot my password and requested for a new one. I got a temp login which should have directed to a page where I can set a new password but it did not, instead I was just asked to update my profile. Where and how can I reset my password? Thanks

Ive been experienceing a very similar problem. I reset my password only to find it didnt work, so did it again, same result. It seems that PhotoRadar doesnt like Google Chrome very much but operates better through the Firefox browser.

As a side note I noticed some parts of the account management page do not appear under Chrome.

Hi Gino,

You're right, we've been experiencing problems with Google Chrome - it's on our list of problems to work through.

In the meantime, sorry for the inconvenience it's caused you or anyone else.

Thanks,

Amy
