Password Resets / Captcha
I've had real problems trying to reset the password on my "old" James Blonde account, I know what the original password is, but it doesn't seem to recognise it, hence the reason I've not used the account in a long time. So much so that I've had to give up and resort to creating a new account. I'm pretty sure I tried to Email (or something) a support request a few months back but either couldn't figure out how, or didn't get a response,
The problem is that my (correct) password is not being recognised when logging in, and when trying to reset the password, its either not recognising the email address I used to register the account, or its not recognising my (correct) Captcha entry.
Now on the basis that something has gone wrong with my old account and I can't do anything about it or get in touch with support, I'd suggest that there are potential problems with this forum in terms of sustainability. I'd be concerned that there are other members in the same position as me who are just giving up and going somewhere else, rather than persist trying to get into their account or reset the password.
Any suggestions? Anyone able to reset my original account? Is this site still maintained?
