Well done once again Harry on a well deserved win, I thought it was a great shot but it narrowly missed my vote as I wasn't to keen on the cut off grave stones at the bottom, I know it is very picky but due to the standard of the entries I had to be picky

My vote went to Sabrina's - Boat, I just fell in love with this shot, it was well suited to B & W and I felt the buildings complimented the boat well to give it a timeless feel.

Up - Nick_gray - Block and Tackle

This image really suited a B & W conversion, I think you chose really well in the processing which I felt brought out the shades and texture really well, my only minor issue is the composition I wanted to see more of the ropes on the right to see the detail. Having said that a lovely shot.

Down - VJTh - Lonely Slippers

Firstly welcome to the forum and thanks for joining in.

A really nice idea and nice shot, good composition, I found the rock on the top left distracted me from the subject, I think it may have worked a bit better with a less lumpy area of soil or sand. A great entry though and nice B & W conversion.

Thanks to elviskennyg, VJth for my votes.

Thanks to Nick for your comments, I agree on the sky I was hoping for a really moody cloudy sky and held out as long as I could but it just didn't happen. The house is a 5 minute walk from my house, the bottom of the drive was so overgrown that up until a fortnight ago I didn't even know there was a house there. It is very run down which is what I tried to bringout, I believe it is now sold but suspect it will saddly have to be knocked down

Well done everyone, a great number of entries and a great standard the made voting so so hard!
