Many thanks for the answer to my question. I don't know why but I've never really thought about a long exposure to get the sky like that. I've read Photoplus magazine for quite a few years now to get lots of pro tips but they always emphasize long exposure to obtain milky sea or water. There's something new you learn everyday. I always assume with a landscape, that it is just compose/shot and eh presto. (Have to change my thinking on this one as of course the clouds move too). Keep up the good work.
