Ups and Down to me are part of the reason for entering the weekly comp as feedback is what helps us to learn, I agree it has been sporadic of late but shouldn't be. So come on peeps please remember to do them.

Nothing wrong with it as a photo, nicely taken and good focus by your own admission it was a quick entry so not as imaginative as the other entries.
Down - SabrinadeWinter - Ballistophobia
I had never heard of this phobia and surprised it even existed as I can't think of anyone who isn't afraid of being shot
As for the photo I liked it, I especially liked the movement effect of it and felt it worked well on the black background.
