Well, what a confidence boost for me with the win. I have struggled, really struggled since October with things at home being very very bad and the motivation to get my camera out let alone try to get a decent image. Things at home are improving (serious marital issues since October which I really don't want to depress you all with), and at last I am relaxing and getting time to concentrate on my photography. Dave and I are back on track and making things work.

Thanks to alexharrison101, Bielix89, Cutter, damage, Dukatum, kerbside, Sabrina_De_Winter for my votes, which I really appreciate.

I voted for alexharrisons01's Sloth as I felt, as a natural subject, totally unstaged, this fitted the theme best and he was soo cute!

Up - Nick Gray's Greed - No problem's with the photo itself, great use of D of F, nice plain background to make the bowl stand out, composition was good bu tI just didn't feel it fitted the theme of 'Greed'. Had it shown the food being gobbled up or the empty bowl, yes, but to me it was food but not necessarily greed.

Down - Sabrina De Winter's Gula - Felt it was too busy and didn't really portray a sin. Your son eating it, or with it smeared round his mouth might have been better . However, I liked the texture and colours and thought the lighting (the shine on the red berries) was spot on. Is Gula a Spanish word

I will post the new theme shortly................but it takes me A G E S to do
