Chris the only bit of advice that I would give if the blower doesn't work and you take the camera in for cleaning is to get the shop to take a test shot first and keep a copy of it so that both you and the shop are in agreement with how much dust is visible before any work takes place , I have heard of people getting their cameras back after they have been cleaned only to find them in a worse state than before .
