Hi Justin , thank you very much for your comments and I'm so glad you liked it . I find myself being drawn more and more towards a more minimalistic style of late so your comments about the simplistic elegance of it are very welcome thanks .
No polariser filter but I did use a ND gad to even out the exposure of the sky and reflection , sorry about the second image I've been messing with my gallery and the only shot I have left is this one which I have photoshopped in some extra mist over the foreground reeds but the rest of the image is as shot .
