I agree about the background. Maybe it wouldn't be quite as imposing if it was offset to one side, with the bridge strut not in the middle of the car?????
It does look a little on the dark side too. I like the reflections you have in the car.
I read once, from a pro car photographer, that its always worth lighting the wheels. It was something to do with the wheels being so important to the overall look of the car. May be worth trying.
But overall, I think its a good photo. Its got atmosphere and just a few minor tweaks as mentioned could really help. I like it though, well done.
