Great win Jeff, a great shot that got my vote. Funny enough when the theme came up I thought if only I was in London, the image works well in B & W and as for that moody sky well spot on!

I also liked the idea of DD's shot although I think this technique would have set it appart!

Thanks to kerbside, LaPistola, wil59 for my votes.

Up - Sabrina Old wheelbarrow wheel

Really nice idea and works really well however I think there are some great rustic colours and textures in that shot which could be enhanced in PP to bring them out more, a subtley processed HDR shot would have worked well in this situation. A great entry though.

JimboJumbo - Spare Wheels

Loads of wheels on this so bang on theme and works well in B & W the composition feels a little awkward on this, I think the issue for me is the motorbike being cut off at the back, also a bit of detail seems to have been lost in the shadows. I think a slightly wider angle shot and some adjustments to the exposure or B&W conversion would have helped here if that makes sense.

These are of course as always just my opinions

Oh and yes Jeff I am aware snapseed is on windows but was looking for an app to run on the phone TBH, I have a couple but they don't come close to snapseed, on my desktop I will use PS with plugins.
