Or you could trust someone to drive your car & hang out of the window a little & experiment with different shutter speeds until you get the desired effect your looking for.
Or another safe way is to place your camera on the dashboard place strong sticky pads to hold the cam in place & set the timer to 10secs & move off then press the shutter button so you have 10 secs to to get going & that way at least your cam is a lot safer.
