I think we are all getting too hung up on how long a long exposure is. Its the 'spirit' of the theme thats important. Its also how each individual interperates the theme. There are no 'rules' re the length of the exposure, as its dependent upon the theme. Star trails for example require a much longer exposure than you would need to capture a light trail from, say, car headlights.
Lets use our imagination and initiative and go with how we all personally percieve a long exposure. Its then up to the voters. And remember, we have till the end of the month to take, post, receive feedback, improve then enter.
