I try to combine technical so to help me learn. I use lighting only when I feel I need to.

I thought this in B&W would bring more atmosphere to the photo. The child's pose and facial expressions suited I thought and I have always found working with children and tying to get them to pose as you would like very difficult. Great way to combine both words in the theme with one subject.
