Not quite but I recently bought a new PC with Vista Home Premium on that was so full of little glitches, it drove me mad. Got the upgrade kit to Windows 7 and on it went with no trouble at all. It is much faster than Vista and works well.
Only advise I would give, is to make sure all your peripherals are switched ON, when you upgrade so the new system, recognises them and automatically installs the latest drivers
