i don't know what part of the country your from but round my neck of the woods we have a place called Range it one of these sell everything type stores and what it does sell is a number of frames and borders to suite larger frames but they tend to sell 12 x 16 borders just a tad larger than A3 so you really need A3+ photo paper to make use of the borders
there is quite a selection of borders sold seperate to the frame so you can mix n match
and there cheap...
