I am looking for a good strap too, me neck and back always hurt after a whole day with the nikon one!!
I ended with the same problem: the blackrapid ones look very cool, especially the one for woman, but they're too expensive... I'll look up in amazon or e-bay... i actually found this one which seems nice and not so expensive

my further question is: are they secure enough to travel around busy and crowdy city? how easy it is to take the camera off the secure for a potential thief?
I know it could seem a stupid question, but... never know!
