Thank you mark, i was using my kit lens 18-55mm. the filters i got were from ebay at £8.99 and i think alex's were from amazon for the same price. you get +1,+2, +4 and +10 i think +10 works best for these kind of shots but i bet still life macro the lower filters will work great too
