First things first, you really want to get the prop blur at shooting stage. This is done by using a shutter speed of around 1/50 - 1/100, not 1/1250th.

however you can induce blur in post, buy not the easiest of jobs. I very quickly opened your image in Photoshop, selected the prop and introduced some radial blur. This could be vastly improved by spending a little time with the selection and amount of blur used.

I wish I'd known about the Red Arrows display, I live just a few miles south of Cleethorpes, but never mind will be at Waddington on Sunday (hope the rain stops). Here's one I took at the airport a few years ago.
