Epson have a printer that will print 210x594 whick they describe as panoramic but not sure if that's what you want. See below.

They also do large format printers but these start at £2,600 but do take a roll. I know in the past some Epson A4 printer had an attachment for converting to a roll printer, but couldn't locate on on their website. Might be worth contacting them to find out.
