So, if someone uploads their pics at 6mb a piece, and then post a few of them in a forum post. Any idea how long it would take to load the page. On a slow connection, or dial up that would be a nightmare at best.
I'd say that part of learning how to use the equipment would include learning how to optimize images for web use. If that's what you want to do with them.
