Perhaps more accurately, you could say no
body works in Greece......
I've been checking properties online and, frankly, unless you're prepared to live very simply indeed, house prices aren't so different to the UK's, although you can live the high-life if you've got a million or so to spare. Crete seems to offer plenty of choice but I think I've lost interest in it.
