You have to upload it in the entry thread as well, otherwise it is not officially entered.
Over time, we have got into the habit of posting our entries in the chat thread as well, often with a little explanation, as to how and why we got the shot, or, as in Pea's case, to explain about the texture he used.
You have to give your shot a title, to make it easier to make up the poll at the end of the comp .
Oh, and welcome to the forum. You'll find a decent and friendly bunch of enthusiasts here. Hope you enjoy it and good luck in the competition!
