Yes, when the image is viewed at 100% you will see some pixelation. Try to imagine what size the picture will be if printed at 100% - it will be pretty big. Consequently, under normal conditions it will be viewed from some distance where the pixelation will not be apparent. While you're looking at it on the screen you'll be much closer than normal viewing distance.
We recommend carrying out tasks such as sharpening etc. at 100% to avoid over-sharpening and the like, but normal viewing of the whole image on your PC is likely to be around 25% at most.
