Chris I think i was seeing pixals when I had picture in photoshop at 100%.
How do I get rid of dust mark on sensor, can i clean myself or is it a job for a photography shop.

It will look noisy zoomed in. You can just try blowing some air in the camera but NOT compressed air from a can, that could damage it. It may come off. I would recommend a professional clean if that does not work.
