When I received the lens from Sigma(UK) they enclosed a note saying that they've fixed the '4th group lens'. What is the 4th group lens?

Have you got any idea how frustrating this is? You keep posting images which are completely useless for determining lens performance.
For heaven's sake, will you please do the tests we're all telling you to do and put us out of our misery.
