Can't you stop somewhere? And can't you photograph anything at work, or in your lunch break? Your lunch, or the canteen or restaurant, the view etc etc.
And have a look at the dashboard; look at the details, the dials, knobs and buttons.
You must be able to set your camera on F2.8 and have a go.
When you've finished with the dashboard, turn your attention to the car keys, the fob, the lock, details of the seat, the hinges, the windscreen wiper mechanism. Something left behind in the boot.
When you're home, look at normal everyday things: cutlery, cups and saucers, with or without a hot, steaming drink, a bottle of nice stuff, and a glass.
Details of the bannisters (if you have them), brickwork, edges of gardenpaths, your girls, their shoes (you've done one, they must have more), their toys.
Board games, log fires, furniture (details) etc etc.
