Yes by rights the 5d MkIII should come out first as I believe the MKII was out 6 months before the 7D, I remember the huge dillema I had at the time on which one to get. As others have indicated though Canon may just combine both models into one new camera, I guess it would be quite cool if they did a full sensor body that could switch between APS-C and FF to allow EF-S lenses to be used as well EF lenses.
I believe some of the full frame Nikon camers do this although I do accept I could be talking rubbish
