I'd say £500 is a great deal - for the seller!
Body only the 350D is fetching £150 - 175 on Ebay (and bear in mind this is the kind of comparator for the way you are selling).
28 - 300mm Sigma fetch between £80 - £100
Whilst you might see camera shops advertising cameras for highish prices they offer many benefits which you won't want to, such as a guarantee and possibly a 28 day return as well.
Ebay has recently sold a camera with loads of extra bits which should serve as a comparator Item number: 110452912986 it consists of a 350D + lens and battey grip a full set of square filters, tripod release, card reader 8GB card, rucksack. It all fetched £385
Bearing that in mind I think £400 would be a more reasonable figure to ask for.
