You are right, but just pressing Print Screen will do a screen capture of the whole desktop. Alt and Print Screen will do a screen capture of just the active window (i.e. no desktop icons etc). And right clicking in Photoshop CS5, if you don't have a canvas open, doesn't do anything unfortunately, I'm not sure if it's the same with PSE.
