I think it is because they had to do a reprint, first run was sold out, and I presume they only pressed sufficient CDs for the original print.

It's probably technically copyright theft but to be honest I can't see Future prosecuting you for supplying a copy to someone who has bought the magazine and Future can't supply a disc. And that's technically wrong as the magazine is advertised as having a cover disc so they really should supply a disc.

I would be more than happy to oblige but unfortunately I did not buy a copy.
