Thanks for your kind words. I use a Sigma 10-20mm f/3.5 for landscapes. There's a cheaper f/4-5.6 though which a lot of the guys on here have and are very happy with.
However, I'd probably suggest that you get the body only, and get a good general use ('walkabout') lens, such as the Sigma 17-70mm f/2.8-4. It's wide enough to use for landscapes, and packs a bit of zoom too. It's also a great price, at around £300.
