An extra £30? The full version of Lightroom 3 is £240 at Adobe and £214 on Amazon.
I use PS 5, so unfortunately I can't answer your question about which is better, between LR3 and CS3. I'd hazard a guess that LR3 would be better, but this assumption is based purely on the fact that CS3 is at least 4 year old. Actually, I'm pretty sure
JimmyOsram (Paul) uses Lightroom, he's a very accomplished seascape photographer so it might be useful to get his opinion if he passes by.
Why don't you download the free 30 day trial of LR 3 and see how you get on with it. Ultimately only you can decide which is better for you.
