http://www.discoverwildlife.com - they have about 15 downloadable PDF files some of which cover wildlife photography also I can agree on Digital Photography School. I will add I have learnt more from becoming a member of my local Zoo/ Wildlife parks etc... and spending as much time there as possible taking photos and just seeing what works.
