If there's a chance to go back to this location, I would concentrate on the black bollards, maybe a leading line with shallow dof. And also you've got a whole fence full of adverts which could be interesting too. As the photo stands I dont think you can crop anywhere to highlight one particular part. How about a night shot, long exposure, so you get the motion blur of people walking around. If it looks dark, then take a torch and shine it on some interesting features. Just an idea
