Your work is very good Chris (but that's my opinion)
Fine Art Photography also includes even the very abstract or disturbing images too.
In my opinion journalistic and commercial photography can also fit the bill of Fine Art Photography, and that's part of the fascination, as each photographer will try to obtain / produce visual media that evokes thoughts in others with both good or bad composition skills; remembering that a bad composition may have been part of the photographer's thought process, purposely to get the viewers eye to stop and maybe make a comment.
Photography is definately an Art, and good photography is as beauty, in the eye of the beholder.
