xavier, you can always edit your original post.

As a rule of thumb I will edit a post of mine if I have made spelling mistakes or grammatical errors. Sometimes your brain acts far quicker than your hands can type and words get missed out, but the gist of your post can still be understood, so correcting that in my book is ok too. I try to avoid editing a post where altering the original text would change the meaning of the post. Then the thread becomes incoherent, which I find unfair to those who've posted before and after in context of that original posting.

My sincere apologies to the op of this thread if they feel intimidated by my second post, or indeed going off topic with this one, but if you are genuine please respond. The trouble with public forums is that anyone can join in which leads to disgruntled former members rejoining and posting insincere threads to see how many replies they can get, or trolls who have run out of anything better to do.
