As I have done above, once you add the photo line e.g.
["IMG]http://www.photoradar.com/files/imagecache/original_large/photos/users/howard09/dsc-0062.jpg[/IMG"]
(with out the extra "'s in it as I have)
Highlight that text and click the world/chain icon and paste the same into that box.
