Yep definitely

Just make sure the price is right when you buy and you can get some real bargains. I've bought and sold loads of camera equipmwnr on Ebay including a Nikon D700 and a Nikon 24 - 70mm f/2.8 lens both still under warranty and in mint condition.

The latest lens I bought was a Sigma 120 - 300mm f/2.8 for about £550 the focus is off on one side and it's cost me £155 to have Sigma send it back to Japan where it will have a new optical core (amongst other things). When I get it back (assuming they assemble it right!) I'll have a lens with all the latest DG coatings which will have cost me £700 not a bad saving off the new price of £2500 at WEX.

If you pay by Paypal there are a number of safeguards which will return your money in the event of a dispute, also ebay will help if an item is not properly described, but most people will want a nice smooth transaction and are quite anxious to know that you as the buyer are happy with the item.

So go ahead and buy what you want, do a little research first on what others have fetched using the completed listings tab and when you find one you are interested in check the sellers feedback, that way you won't pay too much and you should get yourself what you want at a price your happy to pay.
