He said that if there was something wrong they would print a correction. As far as that "always right" crap...it is just that, crap. I worked retail at one time and NEVER once did I tell a customer they were right when they were actually wrong. In fact I told many they were wrong "but I will do what you want". I actually got more respect from them for the honesty and they often became "my" customers and sought me out.
