Should I just use the piece of white paper that comes with the frame as a backing board/mount board ? I've read in this months magazine that it's ' bad' to have the Photo ' stuck' to the glass as it can cause problems with mold etc. Since I have a non-generic sized frame, what would you suggest I do in terms of mounts and additional framing around the photo to allow for a small gap between the photo and glass ?
go to a craft shop buy a matt cutter some card any complimentry colour that you fancy or just plain white, then make your own mounts
thats what I do and its a great way to spend a bit of time on an evening
Make mine a double
