Of the 3 telezooms, I'd say get the Tamron 70-300 OC. (not in your list I know). The OC is a bit more advanced than Nikon's 70-300VR, and the image quality is right up there. The 55-200 is a cracking lens for the price, but probably not up to the D7000, and the 55-300 is getting a good reputation. I have the Nikon 70-300 VR, and it's mostly great, but the Tamron's stabilisation is (from everything I've read) a bit better.

The 50mm is well worth £100 - if you need it. If you don't, it's money that could be better spent elsewhere.
