That's very odd, but not unheard of these days. I don't trust them at all any more. I posted it off the same day as I received the envelope. I'm wondering if the stamp you put on was sufficient? Even so, they would have delivered it I would have thought.
I don't have your address anymore so I can't contact the Post Office to see where it is, but my wife definitely put it in the post box (I watched her do it). Let's keep our fingers crossed that it will turn up. It would be a bit of a bummer if it didn't.
