I wouldn't worry too much. They are all the ruddy same. On the 6 June I purchased a Panasonic FZ45 and a Lowepro bag on Amazon for my wife's birthday present. Firstly, they emailed me to say my card had been blocked for some reason and I had to sort that out with my bank. Amazon had obviously done something to mess up the transaction. Then Amazon said they would release the goods and my account said it would be with me by Sat 11 June. It didn't arrive. The item tracking number said that it was still in the Citylink system, so I emailed them to see where it was. Citylink replied and said that Amazon had not delivered it to their depot for forwarding and that it wasn't in their system at all.

I have been shopping with Amazon for years with no trouble, so why now? Once bitten twice shy is my motto, and in future I will pay more for the local camera shop to get it for me. Amazon can take a jump as far as I am concerned. They won't be getting any more of my business that's for sure.
